SimPole Shipping Information
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after payment has cleared and are shipped via FEDEX.
If you require express shipping or have any questions about SimPole shipping, please contact us by phone for rates and options. All items are packed carefully to avoid damage in transit.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Unused items in as new condition may be accepted for exchange or refund within 14 days of sale.
If your return is not because of a warranty issue, you must pay the return postage and a 10% re-stocking fee will be charged.
Please ensure all packages are insured as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in the post.
