    The Brush
    Does the Cleaning.

A great pole is wasted on a bad brush. SimPole brush heads are built with premium fibers, balanced water flow, and pro-grade housings so every pass leaves glass spotless and streak-free.

    What We Do

Brush Heads That Actually Clean Glass

Most pole brushes on the market are an afterthought — flimsy plastic housings, uneven jet spacing, and bristles that shed after a season. SimPole brushes are the opposite. We offer boar's hair, dual-trim nylon, and hybrid configurations in 8", 10", and 12" widths, each mounted in a reinforced housing with stainless steel inserts at the pivot. The water jet pattern is matched to the brush face so rinse coverage is even from edge to edge — no streaks, no rework, no detailing. Every brush ships ready to mount on any standard gooseneck, including ours, and replacement bristle blocks are available so you keep the housing and just swap the wear part. Whether you're cleaning storefront glass, solar arrays, painted frames, or signage, there's a SimPole brush head built specifically for that surface.

    Why Nexus

    Streak-Free, Every Pass

    Engineered Jet-to-Bristle Geometry

We don't just drill holes in a brush back. Our jet spacing, angle, and flow rate are matched to each bristle pattern so water hits the glass exactly where the bristle is sweeping. The result is consistent rinse coverage and a streak-free finish without secondary detailing.

Gentle on Glass, Tough on Grime

Our boar's hair brushes are soft enough for tinted, low-E, and laminated glass while still lifting embedded grime. Dual-trim nylons step up the scrubbing power for industrial frames, signage, and weathered storefronts — without the risk of scratching.

    Designed to Be Rebuilt

When the bristles finally wear, you don't throw the brush away. The bristle block unbolts and a fresh one drops in — keeping your housing, jets, and gooseneck pivot exactly the way you set them up. It's a lower cost of ownership over years on the route.

    Our Capabilities

    A Brush for Every Surface

Six purposeful brush configurations so you have the right tool for the surface in front of you.

    01

    Boar's Hair Brushes

Soft, dense natural bristle that's gentle on tinted glass and signage while lifting dust, pollen, and light grime.

    02

    Dual-Trim Nylon

Stiffer outer trim for scrubbing edges and frame seams; soft inner trim for streak-free glass — all in one head.

    03

    Integrated Pencil & Fan Jets

Choose pencil-jet for high reach and fan-jet for surface coverage. Both are matched to the brush face for even rinse.

    04

    Reinforced Housings

Glass-filled polymer housings with stainless inserts at the pivot resist UV, impact, and a decade of daily route use.

    05

    Replaceable Bristle Blocks

When the bristles wear out, swap just the block. Keep your housing, gooseneck, and jet configuration in place.

    06

    Multiple Widths

8", 10", and 12" widths so route cleaners, residential pros, and high-rise crews all get the right footprint.
