SimPole builds a modular carbon fiber pole platform that lets one operator do all three jobs — solar wash, window clean, and gutter clear — with both feet planted on the ground. Swap a soft solar brush for a window brush, or drop in a gutter vacuum head and camera-ready gutter tools, and the same base sections keep working. Pure water means no detergent film left baking on panel glass, which is exactly what solar O&M contracts require. Every pole is built and hand-inspected in Prescott Valley, Arizona, in reach configurations from 25 to 60 feet, so residential rooftop arrays, two-story gutter runs, and commercial ground-mount rows are all in range without renting a lift.
