We won’t cover damage caused by dropping, tipping over or breakage in transit. The warranty will only cover defective parts due to normal wear and tear which is something we will determine when evaluating your warranty form submission. Rusted parts caused by chemicals are not included in the warranty. We reserve the right to refuse/deny any warranty claim for any reason..

Note that the SimPole warranty is non-transferable. You must be the ORIGINAL owner of the pole to be eligible to submit a warranty.
