About the QuickSilver 40' Non-Conductive Water Fed Pole
Kevlar para-aramid is the material SimPole submitted to Applied Technical Services for volume resistivity testing under ASTM D257. That test measures how readily a material passes current, and it is the basis for treating this build differently from bare carbon fiber.
Rigidity is the practical benefit you feel first. A pole that flexes at 40 feet turns small hand movements into large brush movements, and you end up fighting it. This one holds its line.
