About SimPole

Who makes SimPole?

SimPole is a family business in Prescott Valley, Arizona, trading as Sim-Pole Inc. It is run by Phillip Alexander, who has spent decades cleaning windows across northern Arizona through his own company, Alexanders Window Cleaning.

Why a window cleaner started building poles

Phillip’s window cleaning work gives him a practical view of equipment: how a pole handles at height, how a brush moves across glass, and which parts need replacing over time.

The range includes carbon fiber poles, fiberglass and Kevlar models, brushes, powered solar cleaning heads, pure water systems, and replacement parts. Product pages list the working lengths and accessories included.

Made here, sold direct

The poles are designed and assembled in our own shop in Prescott Valley and shipped straight to the people using them. Selling direct is why the pricing works and why calling the shop gets you someone who has actually used the thing you are asking about.

The safety side of the business

Solar cleaning brought electrical risk into a trade that had mostly worried about ladders and falls. Panels, service drops and junction boxes all put current near a long conductive pole. Our non-conductive line is the response to that, and our electrical testing page sets out honestly what the testing shows and what it does not.

Two businesses, one family

If you are looking for window cleaning or pressure washing in Prescott Valley or Prescott rather than equipment, that is our other company, Alexanders Window Cleaning.
